The mug-brownies are not just incredibly delicious, they’re also ridiculously easy to make (and taste like you’ve just spend hours in the kitchen).

- 2 Tbsp plain white flour
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp non-dairy milk
- ½ Tbsp peanut-butter
- Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and pinch of salt in a microwave-save mug.
- Add the vegetable oil, water and non-dairy milk and stir until smooth and well combined.
- Now place the peanut butter in the middle of the batter and push it down until its fully covered by the brownie batter.
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute. Serve hot.
