Y’all ain’t gonna believe it’s just a fortnight ’til Christmas! This yuletide season’s been whizzin’ by quicker than a jackrabbit in heat (like every year, I reckon…) and I’m over here feelin’ like there’s still around 200 holiday recipes that I was plannin’ on cookin’ up. Shucks, guess there’s always next year! But since we’ve still got ourselves a good couple of weeks to relish in the festivities, and seeing as many of y’all been hollerin’ praises about my ’22 finger-lickin’ vegan festive holiday treats & desserts’ compilation post, I’m gonna share the savoury twist with ya today: 22 scrumptious vegan festive holiday sides & main dishes! These hearty recipes are the cat’s pajamas for your upcoming holiday shindig, Hannukah supper or Christmas feast! And it goes without sayin’, but I picked out dishes that’ll knock the socks off vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike! They’re all downright delectable and mighty fine to gander at too! Let’s dig in!

22 Delicious Vegan Festive Holiday Side & Main Dishes Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup of all-purpose flour 2. 1 cup of sugar 3. 1/2 cup unsalted butter 4. 2 eggs 5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 6. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 7. 1/2 teaspoon of salt 8. 1/2 cup of milk 9. 1/4 cup of water

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan. 2. In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. 3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the creamed mixture and mix well. 4. Finally, stir in the milk until the batter is smooth. Pour or spoon the batter into the prepared pan. 5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 6. Let cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely. 7. Slice and serve as desired.

Notes:
