Happy Monday! A new day, a new week and I thought it would be nice to kick it off with a delicious and nutritious smoothie recipe.
This vegan blueberry banana smoothie has become one of my two go-to breakfast smoothies. It’s super creamy, very flavourful and kind of reminds me of blueberry muffins. Adding soaked oats gives the smoothie extra creaminess and fills you up for longer. Plus, it’s incredibly quick and easy to make!
Whenever I prepare the smoothie after my morning workout, I add a scoop of pea protein powder to help my muscles grow and recover.
